Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of MotionClients, including licence, credits and acceptable use. Last updated August 2026.
Your licence
Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Motion Studio and the lead and email engine for as long as your plan is active. The Agency upgrade extends that licence to agency and commercial use, including client workspaces. Studio Pro is a monthly subscription and continues while payment is current.
Credits
Render credits and lead credits are allocated monthly and reset on your reset date. Credits do not roll over and have no cash value. Unlimited renders apply only to the Agency upgrade and are subject to fair-use limits to protect service stability.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the email you send through the platform. You must comply with applicable anti-spam and marketing law, send only to contacts you may lawfully contact, honour unsubscribe requests promptly, and use accurate sender information.
You may not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content.
Content and rights
You retain ownership of the scripts, brand assets and videos you create, subject to the licence tier you hold. Music beds are licensed for use within videos rendered on the platform and may not be extracted or redistributed as standalone audio.
Refunds
Any refund window offered at the point of purchase applies as stated there. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Abuse of the refund policy may result in account termination.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.
